How do I know my order status?

You will receive an email and an sms on order confirmation.

When your order leaves our facility you will receive a notification with your tracking number. You can track your package by going to our courier partner website.

How much do you charge for Shipping?

Free shipping on all orders above INR 2000 across India. An additional charge of INR 99 will be levied on orders below that.

Do you offer COD?

Yes we offer COD on orders amounting to maximum of INR 2000. An additional INR 50 COD charge will be applicable.

COD service is not available for personalised / customised / size on request orders.

I am unable to complete my order on the website. What do I do?

I need my Order Urgently. Can something be done?

Do you ship globally?

Yes. Drop us an email and we shall help you out with more details. Delivery time and shipping charges will vary depending on the order and location.

Do you take bulk / customised orders?

Can I place an order for matching / twinning / sibling outfits?

Can I cancel an order?

You can cancel an order, that has not yet been processed. Please write to us at contact@kayeandco.in.
