Shipping & Return Policy

SHIPPING POLICY

  • We require 5 - 7 working days to process any ready to ship order.

  • Personalised products require different time frames depending on the nature of the product. As a result each product may have a different shipping & delivery time.

  • Delivery time may vary depending on the shipping pincode.

  • In the unlikely event of any delay or an inability to deliver your order due to any reason beyond our control we shall contact you and reschedule or cancel your order with full amount credit note.

  • We will make all reasonable efforts, but do not guarantee the delivery of products and services in the stipulated time period as mentioned on the purchase of the product. In no manner can the order be terminated if we fail to deliver one or more products in the stipulated time frame. However, if you fail to take delivery of the goods, we may at our discretion charge you additional shipping cost.

EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY

  • We work very hard to curate only the very best products for you. However in an unlikely event the product has a visible defect / damage or in case you wish to exchange or return the product for a different size or style we are happy to assist you. We can either issue a credit note which can be utilised in a period of 1 months or you can immediately exchange the product.

  • Certain products may have a no return/exchange policy such as nursery products, customised products, discounted products and products bought using a discount code, coupon or store credit.

REFUND
  • We don’t have any refund policy. In case of return for any reason we will issue a store credit of the value of the merchandise returned. Shipping fee and COD charges are no refundable.
CANCELLATION BY Kaye & Co.
    • There may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. Kaye & Co. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after you have been charged, the said amount will be reversed back to you as soon as possible.

 

    • Cancellation
  • Please mail us at contact@kayeandco.in for any cancellation requests. We will try to help you out to in the best possible manner.Once the order is processed or shipped we will not be able to cancel it. Personalised /customised orders once placed cannot be cancelled/altered under any circumstances.

Initiating a request:
  • Write to us at contact@kayeandco.in within 3 days of receipt of the product along with relevant photos/videos and the reason for return/exchange.
  • We will approve the exchange request if it is an exchangeable product. We will provide detailed instructions by email/whatsapp regarding reverse pick-up.

  • We offer a one time free reverse pickup which will be completed within 48 - 72 hours by our courier partner. If the reverse pickup is cancelled / rescheduled at your end or the pick up is not available on your pincode,, we will request you to ship the items back to us using a reputable courier partner with tacking details. Return shipment must be received by our warehouse within 10 days of requesting the return, after which the items will not be eligible for exchange/return.

  • Please ensure the original packaging is intact for a reverse pick up. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. If the tags are removed it will be considered that the product is used and will not be accepted for exchange/return.

  • We will notify you as soon as we receive the return shipment. Upon verification, if the return shipment meets the above requirements, we will process the return.

  • If it is a return, we will issue a store credit. Store credit will be valid for a 6 month period from the date of issue and can be used for any product on our website. ( Shipping fees, COD charges are non refundable )

  • Use of store credit would make the order ineligible for any further return or exchange.

  • Incase of exchange we will send the replacement upon receiving the return shipment.

  • Exchange item must be of the same value or above.

  • Please note that exchange is allowed only once per order.


Payment Information 

  • We offer COD on orders amounting to maximum of INR 2000. An additional INR 50 COD charge will be applicable.

  • COD service is not available for personalised / customised / size on request orders.
